Dr. López-Mascaraque (Instituto Cajal, Madrid), received the 2018 Dana/EDAB Neuroscience Outreach Champion Award and a €2,000 prize in recognition of her significant contributions to the promotion of brain awareness through continued public outreach efforts for a period of three or more years.
