The University of Valencia organizes a scientific symposium, which is also a personal tribute to José Manuel García Verdugo, emeritus professor at the University of Valencia and a leading figure in the study of adult neurogenesis, neural stem cells, and neurogenic niches.
“Understanding Adult Neurogenesis through Neural Stem Cells and their Niches: A Tribute to José Manuel García Verdugo” will take place on Monday, May 18, 2026, in the Darwin Hall at the Burjassot Campus (University of Valencia).
